Spring is finally showing up on the plate—and this dinner is all about those first real flavors of the season.
Join us at Auerfarm for our May Farm-to-Table Dinner, where we’re leaning into what’s coming out of the ground right now—crisp asparagus, sweet peas, wild garlic, and the first hits of strawberry and rhubarb.
This is a menu that bridges the seasons. It still has a little depth from the colder months, but you’ll start to feel that brightness coming through in every course.

We’ll be dining right on the farm, with a simple, beautiful table and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. No frills for the sake of it—just really good food, thoughtful sourcing, and a space to slow down for a couple of hours.
These dinners tend to fill quickly, and we keep them intentionally small so the experience stays personal.
