Join us Friday, October 24th at 6 PM as we honor the spirit of Día de los Muertos with an unforgettable farm-to-table feast that celebrates the vibrancy, flavors, and artistry of Mexican tradition. This deeply meaningful holiday is not about mourning—it’s about remembering, celebrating, and gathering together in color, joy, and gratitude.
Hosted by Distinctive Ideas at Auerfarm, this chef-guided, multi-course dinner is a flavorful journey through tradition and celebration, bold pairings, and a toast to the end of the season!
Chef Kristiann and the Distinctive Ideas team invite you to an evening filled with soul and spice, featuring a traditional pig roast cooked low and slow, surrounded by the rich, comforting flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine. Expect bold colors, fragrant spices, and rustic elegance that blend the warmth of tradition with the freshness of the farm.
From handmade salsas and roasted corn to slow-braised dishes inspired by family recipes, each course tells a story of connection—between the past and present, the land and table, the living and those we remember.
